Don’t have time to search for your answers on all the forums or just don’t want to deal with the frustration? Are you just wanting support for your template and are willing to pay for it? Then we have the answer for you! Get your answers fast with the help of our professional technicians.

In an effort to provide the best possible support and to address the needs and requests of our customers, we've created optional priority paid support plans.

The hours included in our plans can be used for any of our services. Use it to create custom HTML, PHP, graphic work, text edits, page additions, site re-design, data entry, etc. Hours are purchased on a pre-paid basis and can be used for the duration of the month. Unused hours expire at the end of the month. Any excess hours will be billed at discounted hourly rates.*

Hourly work of any type: $60 / hour
Purchase additional hours with discounted rate of $55 per hour. Prior to any support purchases we will initiate a phone conference call to determine what your needs are and decide on the appropriate amount of time that will be involved with your support issues.
