You do not need anything more than a personal computer with Internet access. If you do not have an FTP program installed, no need to worry there are plenty of free ones out there or you can use the built-in FTP program available in Web Designs by Jeffrey's web-based control panel.

Yes. You have unlimited access via FTP or our web-based control panel 24 hours a day 365 days a year. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site any time you wish.

Yes. We can forward (park) additional domains to point to your master domain. There is a $40USD per year charge for each domain you add as an alias.

Yes, by utilizing our Fake IP addon. It is a CGI based tool that provides the ability to point additional domains to subdirectories of your main domain. There is a one-time $35.00 set-up fee and $10 per month for each domain you add as a Fake IP.

We host domains from many countries around the world. The only limitation is that of the domain registrar (a few countries do not allow geographic domains to be hosted outside their country).

If you would like to accept credit card orders on your site, Web Designs by Jeffrey offers the E-Commerce hosting package. The E-Commerce hosting provides each domain with a totally separate SSL secured area just waiting for your certificate to be installed.

·  Do you maintain backups of my data?

Yes. We backup your web directory daily on to our tape backup machines. Additionally, through your admin control panel or via FTP you are encouraged to maintain back ups of your databases, and web site files.

·  Can I access my domain without the "www" in front?

Yes. You will be able to access your domain address with or without the "www" in front of the domain name. Example: [http://www.your-name.com] or [http://your-name.com] is acceptable, whichever you prefer.

·  How long does it take to set-up a new account?

New accounts will take from 1 to 18hours from the time we receive your order. Once your account is set-up, you will be emailed your Account Login information (User ID, Password & FTP hostname) to help you get started. You can immediately start uploading files to your new web site.
